• 04 – The War Games

Hello everyone, the Historian here, welcoming you back to another episode in this, our final story. If we kept up with our running gag, I’d be making a hypnosis joke right about now, but I think that one’s been played to death, don’t you?

EVERYONE ELSE: Yes, we think that one has been played to death. You are right, Historian.

Ok, just one last time. (I so rarely hear that!) Anyway, let’s get to the episode! This episode first aired 10 May 1969.

  • 03 – The War Games

Hello everyone, the Historian here. Profuse apologies for the lack of posting. As you may remember, a couple of weeks ago several of us headed out to the Emerald City Comicon. (Were any of you there? Let us know!) After that, for the first time in my life, I came down with what’s known as “con crud,” essentially a seriously bad cold. But I’m mostly better now, and we are back! Now, where were we? Ah yes…. <puts glasses on> Let’s get to the episode, shall we?

EVERYONE: Yes. Let’s get to the episode.

This episode first aired 3 May 1969.

  • Happy Cheese Weasel Day!

Today is April 3rd, and it’s Cheese Weasel Day!

But that’s incidental. This post is because we’re skipping this week, and will be back on April 10th. Last weekend we skipped the Project because of Emerald City Comic Con. This week we’re skipping due to the Historian getting “Con Crud” from attending said Comic Con.

  • 02 – The War Games

Hello everyone, the Historian here. This week, episode two of The War Games, our final story. I’m sure you will all enjoy it.

    <pause. puts on glasses>

I said, I’m sure you will all enjoy it.

Everyone: <monotone> I’m sure we will all enjoy it.

<takes off glasses, realizes he can’t see to type, puts them back on again>

That’s better. Now, let’s get to the episode! This episode first aired 26 April 1969.

  • Wrapup — The Space Pirates

Hello everyone, the Historian here with the wrapup for our penultimate story. Which was…charitably…not among the best of the Project. I’m still unsure whether it was the worst, but I think it’s fair to say it probably ranks near the bottom for the Project team.

  • 6 – The Space Pirates

Hello everyone, the Historian here, and we are excited tonight! Admittedly, not because we’re reaching the stunning climax of The Space Pirates (we’re more relieved than excited about that), but because we have reached…the final reconstructed episode of the Project! Yes, we are definitely in the home stretch now, and, starting next week, it’ll be existing episodes all the rest of the way. Obviously, I have to give a shout-out and thank you to the good people at Loose Cannon Productions who have done an amazing job with each and every missing episode. Truly a labor of love, done in their spare time. I’m sad their website seems to have disappeared, so I can’t steer you towards their excellent work. Poke around youtube or elsewhere online and you’ll be in for a treat.

Now, without further ado, let’s get to the final reconstructed episode! This episode first aired 12 April 1969.

  • 5 – The Space Pirates

    Hello everyone, the Historian here.

Pity the poor Space Pirates. I don’t think another story in the whole history of the Project has been beset by such problems for us as this poor, penultimate story. First there was a necessary two-week break due to a personal emergency on my part, and then (after another episode) Ketina, Ronelyn, and CZ came down with the dreaded <strike>plague</strike>flu, which they then gave to me…which required another two week break. But we are now (mostly) recovered and back for episode five (of six, thankfully)! Let’s get to the episode!

This episode first aired 5 April 1969.
