Hello everyone, the Historian here, with one more episode! Way back in April of 2008, we missed an episode, due to not having the reconstruction to hand. It’s been a few years, but the time has come to finally watch episode six of Marco Polo, “Mighty Kublai Khan!” After this, we can officially declare the Project done, barring final post(s), some link clean-ups and wrapup additions! A note about this reconstruction: it is not the one we watched when we saw the rest of this story, but a new one released by Loose Cannon (of the no-longer-functioning website) a couple of years after we saw their old recon. And so, for the last time, let’s get to the episode!

Wrapup – Season One
Hello all, the Historian here, with a TARDIS Project wrapup for Doctor Who season one. Yes, we have made it 1/6th of the way through to our goal! It’s taken us just over 10 months, from 23 November 2008 to 9 October 2009. We were forced to skip one episode, due to technical difficulties, and we were occasionally forced to break our “one every week” rule for various reasons, but we still managed to get through every other episode, a week at a time. My plan is to break this post down into two basic sections, one about the season itself and the other as a bit of a “Project Report.” So, let’s begin!

Wrapup – The Sensorites
Hello all, the Historian here. I apologize for the lateness of this post, but here we are to wrap up the last science fiction story of the first season. Or, perhaps I should say, two stories, since this serial can be divided into two seperate-but-related stories. The first two and a half episodes chronicle the steadily rising tension on the Earth space ship, while the last two and a half bring us adventure and mystery on the Sense-Sphere. I found both halves to be quite a lot of fun (with quibbles) in completely different ways, though Ketina disagrees a bit; she much preferred the second half, but found the first to be fairly tedious.
