Hello everyone, the Historian here with another full house to watch this penultimate episode of “The Invasion!” And, just in case our sparkling repartee isn’t enough to keep you reading, stay tuned to the end of this post to see an announcement that will rock the TARDIS Project to it’s very core!! Now, let’s get to the episode!

6 – The Invasion
Oooo… do I get to write the intro again? Ah… blah blah? Stuff happened. Cybermen! Whoohoo!
This thing first aired on 7 December, 1968. That’s the only part that really matters, right Historian?

We’re skipping another week
No Project post next week. See you again on August 15th.

5 – The Invasion
Hello everyone, the Historian here. We continue to make our way through this highly Vaughnted story…no, I’m sorry, even I can’t believe I typed that. Must be Photobug getting to me. Anyway, let’s get to the episode! This episode first aired 30 November 1968.

4 – The Invasion
Hello everyone, the Historian here. A very relieved Historian, I might add, as we have gotten to the fourth (alas, missing) episode of “The Invasion” and, once it’s done, I can finally stop keeping shtum about [REDACTED FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN’T SEEN IT AND ARE WATCHING ALONG WITH US]! This week, we’ll be watching the second of the animated episodes released on the official BBC DVD, animated by Cosgrove Hall. So, without further ado, let’s get to the episode! This episode first aired 23 November 1968. (Doctor Who’s fifth birthday!)

3 – The Invasion
Hello everyone, the Historian here. We’ve gone from a smaller group last week to a nearly full house tonight! Will the Doctor and Jamie rescue their friends and escape the clutches of Tobias Vaughn? Just what is he up to, anyway? Let’s get to the episode! This episode first aired 16 November, 1968.

2 – The Invasion
And we’re back! Hello everyone, the Historian here. We have survived both unexpected power outages and the bangs and booms of a Fourth of July celebration, and a relatively small house has gathered to watch the second episode of “The Invasion”–which sees the return of a familiar face and the introduction of a keystone of Doctor Who lore! But I’m getting ahead of myself; let’s get to the episode! The episode first aired 9 November 1968.

Another short break – Back on July 11th
Due to an unanticipated power outage, we were unable to hold the TARDIS Project on Friday night (seriously, everyone was here and we were just about to start and boom, no power… it was out for a good 3 hours).
Next week, on the 4th of July, is American Independence Day, so no Project then either. We’ll be making things go boom that evening instead.
See you in 2 weeks!

1 – The Invasion
Hello everyone, the Historian here, with a full house tonight! Everyone is here, including the ever-silent Schmallturm and the often-silent SpookyGrrl, to see the first episode in our new story! After some discussion, we’ve decided to go with the animation on the DVD for this first episode, rather than the Loose Cannon reconstruction. So, without further ado, let’s get to the episode! This episode first aired on 2 November, 1968.
